The Westford Land Preservation Foundation, Inc. (WLPF) is a non-profit organization
whose mission is to preserve land in Westford so it may be enjoyed by present and
future generations. Founded in 2001, WLPF works with local landowners to provide
them with options other than full development when it is time to think about what
will happen to their family-owned land. When feasible, WLPF will work with landowners
to achieve their goals, whether it is maximizing a financial return, preserving their
land, or a combination of both, while preserving at least a portion of the land forever.
WLPF is managed by a board of directors who have expertise in law, land development,
public relations, conservation issues, local government, and real estate.
